Modify UCCX application parameters "mobile number" by phone

We have an IVR that has working and non-working hours, in non-working hours, the incoming call must be redirected to a mobile phone, this mobile number must be changed every day. the administrator can change it by accessing the UCCX web and changing it in the application, how can I do it by calling a phone number?

You can have an admin script that updates an XML file with the new number. The other more involved method would be to use the UCCX api to update the whole application and set a new parameter with the new number.
