Hello,
One of our customers tries to implement custom reporting by it's own, which involves creating custom tables in Informix database used by UCCX. I would not suggest such a solution, as such features implemented on an online system may cause performance / security issues, Does this fact by itself invalidate support for the installed product?
Thanks,
Viktor

Victor,
Yes, changes to Cisco-provided database structure will typically invalidate support. The better solution would be a separate database, which could pull data from the UCCX database as needed.

Which accounts can be used to connect to Informix to create a new table or to create a new sql procedure if we got the risks ? As far as I know, the account used for reporting "uccxhruser" has readonly rights. Do we have any chance to connect to Informix as dbadmin ? informix and uccxuser accounts have this right but we do not have their passwords. Do you know how we can connect to Informix as dbadmin ?
Version: Uccx 11.X
thanks in advance for your kind reply,
Sedat
