Hi,
I'm hoping to build a PCCE/UCCE Lab on my ESXi server. I've found a useful PDF on VoiceBootCamp but it doesnt give any OVA requirements for a single server setup (co-res rules etc) and more importantly - is it possible to get demo licenses for either PCCE/UCCE?
Cheers
Rich

Hey richb,
You need to contact your Cisco Account Manager to get ova templates.
For PCCE, you'll find all the information. For UCCE, you need to search more on cisco site for UCCE docs.
You'll require ova templates mandatory to proceed the installation. Proceeding installation w/o using ova templates may halt installation with errors.
For demo licenses, all cisco iso's evaluation has 60days trial.

Hi Ritesh,
Thanks for reply. Apologies for 10 months delay! I've now got my ESXi server up and running again. I've got the OVAs for PCCE and installed Server 2012R2 as per docs. Are the ISOs available for demo purposes? They have been removed from recent Collab NFRs :(
Regards
Rich

Hi richb1971
There is no specific ISO for demo purpose. You need appropriate license to use the application. If you have valid contract mapped to your cisco ID then you can download the media else you need to contact your Account Manager for support.
HTH,
thanks & regards,

Hi,
You can use a few guides - I would have these open during the whole process...

Install Guide - http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_11_0_1/Installation/Guide/UCCE_BK_S9AC0C85_00_ucce-install-upgrade-guide.html
You can contact Cisco for possibly getting NFR UCCE.
Will you be installing CVP? same case - Call for NFR for lab
