Hello,
I know AgentGreeting isn't supported for Outbound Calls, and I understand why.
I used SocialMiner's Callback application for my Courtesy Callback feature and I would like to see if anyone has been able to create a three way call within CVP/ICM.
What I really need to happen is send the call to Label 1 (Includes the Caller number, from ExtVML) and then conference/consult Label 2 (include my DialedNumber for Agent Greeting; 'PlayAgentGreeting')
I wonder if someone has been able to complete this task before?
