Pop up not working properly

Hi Team,

I have created 2 work flow(2 different url) in Cisco Finesse and associated with Single Teams unfortunately only one url is matching 2 url not matching. How to match this. Please suggest.

@Jijesh , you seem to keep posting the same problem (see below), and in one of the posts people have offered you some suggestions. Have you tried them? If so, you'd probably have better luck replying back to them with your results if it still isn't working instead of doing new posts, since they don't contain the history/previous suggestions.

Right, so what I would do is reply back to the post that provided you suggestions and show what your issue is, what you did, and what is still not working for you.
