I've had a request to record all our desktop agent conversations. Searched the cisco website to no avail. Is there a way to set the recording server to recrod everything? IPCC 3.1(3) enhanced.

See attached document which explains the best way to do this. **Please note that the number of simultaneous calls that can be recorded depends on the platform your CRS/VOIP Monitoring server runs on so be careful when doing this.

Is there a chart or document that specifies the number of calls that the hardware can handle? Also is there a way to adjust how long the server will retain the wav files? (i.e. from 7 days to two)?

Hi,
As per the Desktop Service Information guide
Recorded Files
Recorded files are stored in .wav format on a shared drive on a file server (the same location as the configuration and license files). They are deleted on a rolling 7-day basis unless marked as saved, in which case they are saved for 30 days.

Also have a look into the Supervisor Desktop User guide for working with recordings

Refer the SRND documents to know about the server capacities
