Rehost License UCCX

Hello Everyone,

I would like to ask, if I want to rehost license UCCX, do I need valid service contract number to open TAC?

I plan to change IP DNS and domain name UCCX, but the UCCX doesn't have contract number.

I sure wouldn’t touch it without an active SNTC contract. Be sure you have a valid backup (ie you know the security passphrase) and a bootable ISO to reinstall. In theory, if all goes well, you could get away with under the newer Smart Licensing architecture.

For License rehosting open a licensing TAC case and it  requires neither contract or SN.

As  @Jonathan Schulenberg mentioned, its not a good idea to touch it without a valid contract. In case if you ran in to an issues don't expect any support Cisco.
