Hi,
Need to know whether we can restrict the supervisor access in cce administration page (web interface for reskilling etc.). Using UCCE 11.5 version.

Not really. You might be able to limit some things if you were using Departments for instance but probably not to limit what you want.
This issue also exists to my knowledge on the PCCE "SPOG" as well, unless it has changed.

Am looking to restrict them from changing the skills.. so it’s not possible?

Have a look at Feature Control Set list in ICM config manager. It does not give you the same level of granular control as PCCE, but it may do what you are looking for.

Hi,
Using cceadmin we can create a role to Manage only Agents.

Feature control set is to restrict the access in ICM config manager and related to admin work station access right??
Is it applicable for cceadmin as well...?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but that's why there are open defects like this one below, that CCEAdmin is more of an all or nothing when it comes to supervisors.

I think the only way to restrict what you're looking to do is if you is go with something like CCMP or a home-grown solution, and those both have challenges as well.
