I have an agent that is shown as having 2 RoNA calls in CUIC on 8/14/23, as well as RoNA Not Ready time, but when I look in the HDS, I do not see the two RoNA events on that date. When searching further back, I see no issues until 3/28/23. The RoNA qty match, but the timestamps vs CUIC intervals do not match.
Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

What report are you looking at? If you look at the agent event detail table and search for ReasonCode 32767, event 3, and your agent's skilltargetid do you see the 2 RONAs?

Hi that is beause of the CUIC will do time zone conversion based on the CUIC user and displays result in the User time zone, CUIC user is in different time Zone other than the HDS Server time Zone based on your description

Are your two HDS in sync ? Are you looking at the same HDS which is set as data source in CUIC ?
