Hi everybody,

UCCX HA mode and the version is 8.5 SU1. today I got a lot of alarms from RTMT.

From Mon Dec 24 19:19:46 CST 2012 to Mon Dec 24 19:20:16 CST 2012 on node UCCX-01, there are 1 TotalProcessesAndThreadsExceededThresholdStart alarm(s) and 1 TotalProcessesAndThreadsExceededThresholdEnd alarm(s) received.

On Mon Dec 24 19:20:02 CST 2012, the last TotalProcessesAndThreadsExceededThresholdStart alarm generated:

Does anyone know what's wrong? this morning I restart both of the UCCX servers. the alarm still the same.

I'm getting this frequent alert:-

Go to Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability >> Tools >> Service Paramaters >> Choose the server from dropdown >> Cisco RIS Data Collector Service and increase the Maximum Number of Processes and Threads to 4000 followed by CCX Engine or server restart

The maximum value allowed is 3000.
