Salesforce integration with Cisco

Hello everyone, query, some of you will have had the experience of integrating the Salesforce CRM with a Cisco contact center ?, there is a Cisco guide, which as a requirement must be installed:

One of the following Cisco® Telephony Service Providers must be installed on the client machine.
• Cisco Unified CallManager TSP
• Cisco Unified CallManager Express TSP v2.1.0.8

Thank you, but what I am looking for is information on how to implement the integration, since we have Salesforces and also the complete CUCM platform (Contact Center, Cisco IM and Presence, etc.), greetings.

The connector exposes Web based APIs for integrating with CRMs
