Hi,
Can someone guide me the steps to schedule Call manager CDR reports to my mail id on daily basis.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,

There's a configuration doc out there somewhere but I can't find it. So, here you go;
1. Login to UCCX OS Admin, under Settings > SMTP... you must configure SMTP Host. The host status should display 'available' if Ok.
2. Login to UCCX Admin, under Tools > Historical Reporting > SMTP Configuration... and then enter your SMTP Server Configurations. Depending on how Exchange was deployed, some of these fields may or may not be applicable - please check with your Exchange (Outlook) Team for guidance.
3. Assign reporting capabilities to the user(s) via UCCX Admin > Tools > User Management > Reporting Capability View.
4. And finally, login to CUIC by entering the same URL as your UCCX server but this time, specify port 8444. Once you login, look on the left pane - select the Scheduler tab. Click 'Create'. My advice, the Schedule Name should be meaningful, easy to understand and distinguishable from other scheduled reports - perhaps, using the name of the report as the Schedule Name might help (i.e. schr_WeeklySalesQueueReport).
This should be the minimum to get this up and running. Of course, there's a bunch of other stuff that you could or should configure as well but give this a shot and let me know what happens. Good luck.

There's one more thing... something VERY IMPORTANT regarding step #1
If you add or modify your SMTP Address, two things will happen;
1. You would be forced to restart the UCCX Engine on both nodes, and
2. You would need to obtain new licenses from Cisco.
By the way, which UCCX licensing package do you have? Basic, Enhanced or Premium? Honestly, I don't believe this particular feature is restricted but I would need to verify.

I think his ask is more about CUCM CDR and not UCCX CCDR.
Bharath,
Regarding daily sending CDRs to your email, as far as i know i dont think its natively available but you can have customized application/code running on your billing server which send the files from billing server ( where CUCM dumps the CDRs to) to your email Id on daily basis.
you may also choose to post your question https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony/bd-p/5961-discussions-ip-telephony and get others view.
