Dear,
I have CUCM 11.5 and UCCX 11.5 and some UCCX agent.
I want to send SMS Message to my customer after call end from my uccx agent.
is there anyway that i can solve this?
is there any internal sms gateway that i can use to integrate my uccx with that and use it for lab tests?
I would appreciate if someone help me to work through out this solution

If you google for SMS with UCCX there are many solutions out there using Tropo API and others.

Check out click2webchat.com which can bring SMS as well as Video along with website integration and screen sharing to a UCCX deployment. Written around Twilio and AWS cloud solutions. Excellent and cheap!
