I have CCX v9 integrated with SM v11.5 to offer chat support for internal users.
Chat Web Form has been created and it works ok when invoking directly.
Chat form has been embedded in a diferent page on a different server but when I try to ask for an agent the content seems to be blocked due to certificate not valid. If I open SM URL and add certificate to exceptions and try again it will open without any problems.

Hi,
Unified CCX 9.X is not compatible with SocialMiner 11.5.
Please refer to various CCX compatibility matrix Cisco Unified Contact Center Express - Compatibility Information - Cisco.
Upgrading CCX to the latest will give you the best results in terms of features, security and stability.
