We have a UCCX 8 with two teams. We are using resource groups and not skill groups. There is a supervisor agent who can have access, be supervisor, to both teams. This user login properly into the supervisor desktop, he is able to see the queues, but he cannot see the agents of the team. I'm attaching a screen shot where you can see the details.

Did you make sure that the agents are the member of the same team.
do teh agent shows as logged in Real Time reports?
Makes ure there are no Firewall enabled/AV blocking the ports on both agents and supervisors PC.
Try doing a syncronization of Directory service from Cisco Desktop Admin .
1) Go to Cisco Desktop Admin
UCCX Admin page --> Navigation Bar --> UCCX Administation page, UCCX
Serviceability, Cisco Desktop Admin
2) Go to:
------> Services configuration
---------> Synchronize directory Service
Perform a manual synch of the Directory services.
1) Go to "Cisco Unified UCCX serviceability"
2) Click on tools --> Control Center --> Network Services
3) Restart the " Cisco Desktop Sync Service"
This does nto affect production so you can do it during production hours.

Did you get your issue resolved, I am have the same issue with one of my supervisors. If I log them into another machine it works fine, so I believe it is something on their machine that is causing the issue but I am not sure what to look for on the machine to try and fix this.
