Does anyone have the downloaded version of the IP Phone tutorials that were on Cisco's Website. Cisco has removed these because of Java and they are no longer available. Below is the link where the tutorials were located. I am looking for the 7800 and 8800 series tutorial.

Has anyone found away to do this with CME and 7800 series phones. I am facing the same issue and cannot find anything that shows it is supported for SIP phones on CME.
Thanks,
Rob.

true, but I need to collect several variables from the script and send to a http service. basically get the account number and have them accept an agreement that is played to them. based on the account number and a yes or no response i need to send this to a http service which will get recorded. In return when I send the request i will a success or error and this is just in html and can be seen if you do the request from a web browser. I believe I am making the request, but having issues with the response I receive and not being able to process it. so my request would be something like this http://www.mywebservice.org/oscar.png.v2/CAPAgreement.aspx?sid=123456789&capagreement=false with the sid changing for the account number and capagreement either true or false. when that is sent to the webservice, it will get successful or error. I have the create url step, and then the create xml document step to do the http request. I just cannot figure how to process the response. I have been also looking is when the create xml step is run how can you view what was created, and where can it be viewed. Thanks for your help.

I seem to be getting the create url and xml steps fine but I am having an issue with the get xml step. Is this when the request is actually be sent to the url and getting the response. I am not sure if it is a certificate issue with https or I have a problem with the step. attached is the error. thanks in advance for your help.

it is just a plain html response. I am trying to get what you have listed with the create url document and seeing if I can get that to work. I am having some issues getting the step entered correctly. Is there a debug that can be run to see if the request is being made from the script.

Hi, I have a script that will ask the client for 2 pieces of information which I need to take and send to a https server and get a response from the server that it was accepted or not accepted Basically I get an account number and have the client agree to a statement. Based on those 2 variables I need to send to a https webpage and get a response of accepted, or not accepted. I can capture the account number and yes or no to the agreement in variable and also set the URL to the correct location, but not really sure how to trigger it to go to the webpage. Once I get the response I can route the call to the correct agent or prompt. I am having an issue getting the request to be sent to the HTTPS server, and I am not sure how to correctly do this, and to get the response and continue the script based on the response from the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Rob

How did you setup the ASA for the Avaya 96XX phones. I am using the 9611 and and cannot get the tunnel to come up. I am not showing any errors on the ASA, but the phone does not complete the tunnel.

so if I setup a peer neighbor to the new AS this will advertise the BGP routes between them? All I am looking to do is take the new mpls which is has a different AS and have the routes from both be advertised so if a site has been migrated to the new mpls it will have the routes from the existing mpls. Once all sites are migrated the existing AS will be removed.

I am implementing a new mpls network that has an existing mpls network running bgp. So I have the new setup with a new BGP AS # and I have routing working on this AS. What I need to do is take those routes and redistribute them into the existing BGP AS that is running, so as we migrate sites all sites will have the correct routes no matter what MPLS network and BGP AS they are running on. Can I redistribute from one BGP AS to another without causing a routing loop. My worry is I may cause a routing loop by doing this. Thanks.

I have a customer that is moving from their UCM 7.1 to a BE6K. The have ucss/esw and I cannot figure out how to migrate their current licenses on UCM. They are getting new hardware, so it is not a upgrade to the existing servers. Also is there a way to migrate the data from the current system into BE6K or would it be better to build it and export/import the information. Thanks.
