User is running uccx 5.0 and their supervisor desktop all of sudden stop showing the stats for Skill Groups - Team Skill Stats - the first window by default.
When you select an individualCSQ, you do see the stats, but you see nothing when you are trying to view all the csqs.
Is there something that could be blocking this view?

I've seen something similar and it was related to either black ice or some other firewall application on the supervisor desktop.

okay, a little embarrassing, but the user found the resolution to this one. All he did was reset all of the CSD settings on his PC back to default and it started working again. Simple fix.
I still don't know the cause. It doesn't appear to be related to any firewall issues. he did get a 2nd monitor installed around the time when this issue starting occurring. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it.
I had already reset his supervisor credentials in management to no avail. My CSD login would work fine on his PC, but his profile would not.
Anyhow, it's resolved!
