Supervisor is unable to see live data below error shows "live data is not available after repeated attempts" only one supervisor is getting this errorSystem version: 184.108.40.20601-34 (ES03-18)
Go to Solution.
Launch CUIC URL and then go to configurations – data sources – check Live Data Streaming – connected node & standby node status up / down .
if down try to telnet Primary & secondary CUIC IP address to Live Data Port = 12005 & Websocket Port = 12008 .
if up – Add local host entry for CUIC & finesse IP with fully qualified domain name and try.
try to open Firefox it will ask you to accept 4 times certificates.
If it’s all the desktops restart both the CUIC once.
