Hi,
customer has Nortel network & with they are using EVA text to speech software.
customer would be migrated to cisco network from nortel, but now customer has the requirement whether if they can still use there EVA text to speech converter with Cisco. If so, could any one share the Admin & System document for the same if any has it.
I tried browsing on cisco for its compatibility with EVA, could not find particularly for EVA

Which product: Express or Enterprise with CVP? This forum covers both and the answers are usually different.
For Express (and IP IVR), this can be provided using an external ASR/TTS server. Cisco will only support specific versions of Nuance and IBM WebSphere Voice.

Navin,
Go to the TTS provider and ask the exact question if they do that is the best place to get documentation. As mentioned by others here only Nuance and IBM are commonly used.
Sooner or later you will run into issues. If the organization has decided on Cisco platform then I would suggest invest some time on Nuance options as many proven and ready solutions are available else you spend many hours of PS time.
Good luck.
