Track Licens Usage

Is there a way to track the usage of my Premium Licenses in UCCX? I would like to trend on a monthly bases what  the Max number would have been.

Hi Neal,

If u are using UCCX version 8 , u can use the command  from CLI

show uccx cad license usage

show uccx license to check for various licenses and features installed.

Hi

There are reports in the latest 9.0 versions that show peak license and port usage I believe.

Prior to that you can only see the current utilisation.
