UCCE 12.5 and CUIC 12.5 - One Agent Not Showing in Reports

We recently upgraded from UCCE / CUIC 10.5 to 12.5, September 2021.  In CUIC reporting I have one agent that is not showing up for the month of September.  Supervisors say she was logged in and taking calls that month.  When I pull a report for the year to current, she shows all months but September, she even shows up in October.  Is there anywhere I can look to see why she is not showing in September?  To my knowledge, I do not have any other agents not showing up.

 

Your help would be appreciated.

There has been no changes to this agent.  When I pull a report for the year, I get data from January to August 31st, skips September, then starts up with October 1st.

Do they not show for only certain reports, or for all reports.

If you have access to the database itself, do you see them there?

Were any changes made to the agent?

This one agent shows on all reports except for the month of September.  I pulled a January to October, the data stops at Aug 31, skips September, and starts back up October 1st.

 

I do have access to the database, but not sure where to look.

 

There hasn't been any changes to this agent.

 

 

Do you have access to the database before your upgrade just to see if the data was there?

I would think if there was some type of data gap, it would impact multiple users, not just one agent for instance.

You would want to look in a table like Agent_Interval for this agent from August through now and see if you see the same gap as in your report.
