Hello ,
we are integrating with UniMRCP connector , we are able to do the integration and ASR is working fine , however we are using FORM element , the voice/audio is working fine but the DTMF is not working , in VVB logs we can see the DTMF digits pressed but those digits are not being sent to UniMRCP server.
we are using Voice Grammar : builtin:speech/transcribe , and DTMF grammar : builtin:dtmf/digits
please advise what grammar or other options we need to change to be able to send both voice and DTMF to UniMRCP server ?

What version of Call Studio and CVP are you using?
Also, if you change this just to use DTMF as a test, does it work?
Next, what VoiceVXML gateway do you have set on the properties page in Studio?

we are using call studio and CVP v12.5 , and changing to DTMF only did not work , and we are using VoiceXML with Speech , but we tried different ones with no luck.

Hi ,
Do we have any framework code from Cisco on UniMRCP and CVP integration 12.6?
Thanks,
Phani.

Hi,
Could someone send all ports used in UniMRCP server/client and CVP Integration ports?
Thanks,
Phani.

UniMRCP is not officially supported deployment with CVP/VVB. That said, appears, the requirement is to integrate with a TP IVR and pass-through DTMF tones. This is not a default/native behavior for VVB. So, whether DTMF will be consumed by VVB or will be passed as a string will depend upon the form element in use. Default form element doesnt pass DTMF tones.

Hi Ankush,
This may be issue with DTMF digits , voice should be working with Transcribe in the form element. I have some google groups discussing about the solutions , however i could not find official samples or documents from Cisco.
What is the solution to connect Amazon LEX/Poly from Cisco CVP/VVB? some one from Cisco in this dev thread mentioned UNIMRCP and google but we are interested in seeking UNIMRCP implementaton.
Thanks,
phani.
