I have this issue pop up every once in while when my helpdesk people will create a UDP and add an agent's extension to the profile. I will remove the extension but when attempting to log in via CAD it reports that the extension is a shared line. Anyone know what I have to do to get this to go away?

If you run a Route Plan Report in CUCM for that specific extension, does it show more than one device?

Probably assigned IPT and CTI. We had a huge problem with that this past winter.

No sir, this was not the case. All extensions are on only one device.

I have run the report. To clarify, these extension were once shared (UDP, CIPC...) but I've removed all of those associations to no avail.
