While not a direct answer to your question, ensure your UCCE partner is involved in this; they will need to get A2Q on the design for it to be supported. I’d also encourage you to look at Webex Calling Dedicated Instance; it is the evolutionary replacement for HCS in my opinion. Cisco also offers Webex Contact Center Enterprise which is PCCE hosted by them alongside WxC-DI.
