Post Call Survey logic is working fine for Incoming calls but now we are planning to enable PCS for outbound(not outbound dialer) calls if there is a possibility.Any info is appreciated.
You can't use the standard PCS for outbound calls. There are ways that you may be able to work around and transfer calls to the survey for outbound calls like via a Workflow or custom gadget, but not as part of the normal implementation.
