Hi,
We currently use finesse for out call center. We also use LivePerson for our website chat solution.
I am wounding if anybody have used a gadget or API to bring LivePerson into finesse for a single pain of glass.

Liveperson provides a Javascript Chat SDK https://developers.liveperson.com/consumer-experience-javascript-chat-getting-started.html which you can use to build your own chat interface. In a CCE environment, you would use the Socialminer UQ API for Mediarouting. In CCX, we built this http://www.expertflow.com/uccx-media-routing/ to forward route any media request to an agent interface of your choice. If you are specifically looking at chat as a media, you might also be interested in http://www.expertflow.com/chat/.
