We have moved all the agents to UCCX 12.5 recently and getting this error on UCCX server. Can you please confirm if any other licenses have to be moved from old version. Attached is the license information from both 11.5 and 12.5 versions.

Sir,
Smart License takes around 15 minutes to be completely synced with the CSSM post registration.
If the issue still persists, kindly check your smart account for the licenses you are entitled for on your smart account. Out of compliance simply means you are over-utilizing licenses.
1. Your smart account might not have your licenses mapped
2. Or either you have insufficient licenses.

Hi ,
Seems like you have less seat license on your smart account . Can you please share SS of your Smart license page . If you have classic licensee , you can use that as well . If you upgrade from old release to 12.5 , then you will get option to use both smart and classic license .if you see discrepancy in your smart license account , then please contact Cisco Licensing team .

Licenses are out of compliance, due to 2 Enhanced seat license.
Make sure you migrated all existing licenses to smart licensing. And also cross check your existing SWSS and make sure that it cover all your existing license.

In 11.5 , i can see you have premium License but in 12.5 license package changed to Enhanced . Seems like some discrepancy in SSM .
