Created a new script with new trigger, got the error message: " I'm sorry, we are currently experiencing system problems and are unable to process your call. Please try again later ";
. When using the old script, the new trigger working fine;
. when using the old script and only changed the script name, got the error message again.
. when debugging the new script using reactive debug, did not see the step coming in.
. also rebooted UCCX cluster (V11.6.2);
. also re-installed the script editor.

The error still exist. Any clue will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Hey

When you have the error, what is the status of your trigger (You can se that in RTMT) ,  and what is the status of your application (You can se that in realtime monitoring tool)

If you validate the new scripts - is that a succes ?

Can you upload the scripts that fails ?

Please rate helpful posts and if applicable mark "Accept as a Solution".
Thanks, Thomas G. J.

When have the error, the trigger state is "In Service" and "Ready for call" in RTMT;

The application and new triggers working fine when using the old other working scripts;

When validate the old working script and the new script, both got VALIDATION ERRORS: Set Enterprise Call Info: Invalid ECC name.

Hello, that's why you receive the error voice message when you try to call to your new script. Your new script it not valid, it doesn't pass the validation. So the system can not process calls with it and informs you about that with the error message.
First, you have to solve the issue with the Set Enterprise Call Info step. Once your script is valid, then the system will normally work with it.

Hello, do you have resolve solution this issue?

If you read @Dmytro Benda answer he is explaining how to resolve the OPs issue. This error can have many different reasons, so there is not one explanation for this type of message, yours might have a totally different root cause.

When you changed the script name did you reference the new script name in the application?

yes, after changed the script name and uploading to the system, then associated the new script to the same application.

As others have pointed out you need to correct any error(s) in the script so that it passes the validation. As long as there is any errors in the script validation you’ll get the error that your seeing.

Are there application parameters? Are they still set the same. I recall seeing the application clear all the parameter settings when the script name is changed.
