UCCX Finesse - Supervisor Barge MRGL

I just started deploying the Barge feature for Finesse Supervisors in UCCX 12.5

Which MRGL determines the conference bridge used by the Barge conference?

Barging (Supervisors) phone, Agent Phone, CTI Ports or ???

Some supervisors are complaining that it takes a long time to set up the conference, but others say is is very quick.

'Built In Bridge' is turned off on the phones, so it will use an external bridge.

I have looked through CUCM and CCX documentation but cannot find a definitive answer either. It’s probably the agent’s phone. Definitely not the CTI Port though; that’s out of the picture as soon as the agent answers the call.

Also, why is built-in bridge turned off? Using the BiB is advantageous because neither a media interruption nor display changes to the original call occur when the Barge is being set up.
