UCCX recording script and sub directory.

Hi,

I am using a recording script. I use the upload prompt step and it works fine uploading to the root directory.

When I change it to a sub directory it does not write.

Is there a limitation on using the upload prompt set that wont let it write to a sub directory folder?

Did you resolve this?  How were you referencing the "subdirectory?"  What was the complete path you set in your assignment variable?

Is this issue resolved? Have u created the "Meetings" subdirectory in the prompt management?

I got it working.  I would say it does not always work though.  Seems like ccx does get confused sometimes on sub directory at least thats my experience.

Thank you for the update. When I tried its working without issue, so I just wanted to know what might be the root cause for prompt upload in subdirectory level  is failing.
