Hello there, I'm just wondering if in the CCX there is a way to restrict data visible to users (both in the GUI and in the API). For example, I want user_A to see just a subset of available applications, calendars, prompts, CSQs, resources, etc...

Unfortunately there isn't this kind of granularity in the API. It's all or nothing.

Ok, thanks. Is it the same for the GUI?

Hey.
There are only 1 level of admin on the GUI - No MLA (Multi level access)
For supervisor you can use ASC (Advanced supervisor Capability) in finesse to restrict access for the supervisor to only they CSQ, Calendar, applications etc.

Hey @Thomas G. Johannesen. Seems like you cannot filter data in the CCX. Thanks!
