Hi ,

I have a question regarding how to change the Time zone for UCCX (ver 8.5) after installation , currently it gives me GMT 0 and want it GMT+3

So is it possible to change it after the installation

Thanks a lot

Here is the process:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_9_0/configuration/guide/UCCX_BK_C931CA6F_00_uccx-os-admin-guide/UCCX_BK_C931CA6F_00_uccx-os-admin-guide_chapter_0100.html

notice that changing time zone will invalidated your licenses and you will require Cisco to issue a new one:

Modifying system parameters such as Time zone, Network Time Protocol (NTP), NIC speed, IP Address, IP Mask, Gateway Address, Primary DNS, SMTP server, and Certificate Information (Organization, Unit, Location, State, Country) can change the License MAC thereby invalidating current License files. You must acquire rehosted license files (with new License MAC) in such cases within 30-day grace period, or the system stops working.

I totally aware about the license and I urgently need to change the time zone , your document does not describe the way of chaning it is only describe how to use NTP server on OS admin page

If you go to the time menu do you not see an option to change the time zone?

Unfortunately there is no time zone , it is only date and time, please check the attachment

Thank you

It's under /appadmin System Parameters and requires a cluster reboot after changing. As Chris said, this will invalidate your license so plan on an outage window while you work to get the license rehosted with GLO.

please it is not possible to change it , that filed is for view only (check the attachment)

Thank you,
