UCCX Vs UCCE for Automatic BOT IVR with Speech Recognition

I am trying to analyse UCCX Vs UCCE for Having Automatic BOT IVR with speech Recognition. 

In the documentation it says that both support the ASR , But need input from people who has used ASR with UCCX and UCCE.

Is there any difference in Compatibility, Feature set related to ASR in UCCX & UCCE.

 

Also can someone point me to detailed comparison between these two.

Both leverage MRCP to an external ASR solution. I believe Nuance is the supported platform but others likely work if you don’t expect TAC to troubleshoot issues.

So, there shouldn't be a difference, they both support MRCP standards for ASR. Nuance and LumenVox are both supported on both CCX and CCE. HOWEVER, working with ASR in CCE is sooooo much better than working with it in CCX. VXML development is just more flexible with CVP which can only be used with CCE. Without knowing your use case but since you mentioned a bot. I would handle the calls first at something like AWS Lex, then hairpin the call to your Cisco call center once the bot is done with them.
