Hi All,
Any idea why the AW update process keeps on bouncing when making changes on the script editor or configuration manager?
i'm using iCM version 7.5.1.
As mentioned in the below document that a user which name is composed of the instance name ad AW hostname should be added to:
Administrators
SQLAWADMIN
Domain users groups

Any idea which exact user should that be? is that an expected behaviour of the updateAW process?
Thanks in advance,

Can you post the updateaw logs? Also, 7.5.1 is pretty old, you might want to update your version first.

Your original posts said you saw the updateaw service bouncing. Then get logs from that service. Or perhaps I missed something, maybe you should post a picture of where you see the service bouncing. The updateaw is part of the distributor.
