webview report problem

Hello I need help, When I open report from Webview Iget this message.

There was an error running your report.Please try againd and contact your webview administrator for further information.

Error Message:ICMDW Erroropenreport():LibraryExport Failed- arg_path:C\icm\om\aw\custom\agentteam\ppb050.pbl arg_report:peragt26_day_consolidated

There are several internal bugs ( bug details publically invisible ) matching the symptom. The best approach would be to open a TAC case for precise troubleshooting.

are you facing the errors for all the reports or for speific type of reports? Please elaborate your issue
