Currently the column 'Support Type' shows the acronym for the type of support purchased on a device, but it would also be very helpful to have the timeframe details included underneath that acronym.
For example, if I have a device that has SNTC coverage, it could be 24x7x4 or 8x5xNBD or any other flavor of what is available for this coverage. To find out what the timeframe of coverage is, you need to click the asset, and look at the detail. while that is fine, it's also not super convenient if you are trying to quickly identify which assets have 24x7x4 or 8x5xNBD or any other type of coverage.
I think the field is large enough that you could add it below the Support Type.
I've included an example of what it could look like when added below the acronym.
