Allow the cx cloud agent to respond to ping. Just basic reachability troubleshooting seems like a basic feature.
Hi @aricci can you please elaborate more on your ask? Is this ping for troubleshooting outside of TAC and other resources? Or is it more for monitoring purposes? Please share more on what you would like to accomplish through this feature.
Yes, customer server monitoring seems like a very basic thing to have been removed.
