Currently we are only able to delete a single file at a time on case management. We run into the issue replying to emails for TAC cases where it adds the image in our email signature of our company logo to the case.
Just as an example, over the course of a week replying with a TAC engineer, it can get up to 120+ files attached to the case. This made it difficult for the engineer to locate the files we uploaded and prolonged the resolution.
If it was possible to either not attach those images as files when replying to TAC emails, or the ability to delete multiple files to remove those attachments, we could have a cleaner experience.
