Dear all,
We have CUCM 9.1.2.11900-12 and we have uploaded this device package: cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.12024-1.cop
In the release notes of this version appear the compatibility with 78XX:

...but after upload this device package and reboot all cluster I can't find in Device Defaults Configuration the new 78XX models. The same manner I can't add any 78XX device.
Any idea?
Thanks so much.

Run "show version active" on all nodes and make sure it shows the device pack as being installed.

I checked that cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.12024-1.cop appear in all nodes in "show version active"
cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.11012-1.cop.sgn it's a older device package...
Any idea?
Thanks.
