I am having a problem geting my 7921 to pickup new firmware. In my config I have:-

Did you regenerate the CNF files? The LOADS file is referenced within the SEPDefault.xml.cnf and SEP
telephony-service
create cnf-files

I just tryed that and a reset but no joy, still has the old firmware, thanks anyway.

Just checked the admin guide. None of the examples shown include the ".LOADS" extension in the load command. Try changing to 'load 7921 CP7921G-1.4.3SR1.2' instead and then regenerate CNF files.

i can see the correct file with 7921 MAC. you can check with debug tftp events if phone miss one file or if there is other problems.
