Hi all,
We just purchased a few 7937 IP Conference Stations and I'm having trouble getting the phone deployed. We are running call manager 6.0.1.2000-3 and when I go to add a new phone the 7937 isn't listed. I downloaded the firmware to both the pub and sub, and I restarted the TFTP server on the pub and sub and the 7937 is still not listed as an option. Is there something else I need to do to be able to pick this 7937 device when adding a new phone?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Steve Hart

Hi Steve,
In order to get the option available to add an 7937 IP Phone you would need to install the latest device pack in ALL the servers starting on the Publisher and then on the subscribers, after that you need to reboot all the servers.
You can get it from:
http://tools.cisco.com/support/downloads/go/Redirect.x?mdfid=278875240
Hope this helps!
Tere.

Hi Steve,
Here is just a touch to add the great info from Tere (+5 points for this answer and another great one I read yesterday Tere)
Cisco Unified CallManager Device Package 6.0.1 (3105-1)
Release Notes
From this route;
Voice and Unified Communications > Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 6.0 > Unified Communications Manager/CallManager Device Packages > 6.0(1.3105) > cmterm-devicepack6.0.1.3105-1.cop.sgn
Hope this helps!
