Hi,

I would like to ask, if it is possible to use IP phone 7965 with SIP with 3rd party, not with Call manager.

The short answer is maybe but not at all supported by Cisco. The phone is not RFC compliant (lots of Cisco-specific customizations) and you would need to manually build its TFTP config file. Even if you can get it to register to a third-party SIP Registrar making features on it work will be hit-and-miss.
