agents are getting logon error with CAD on these new phones. if you switch back to 7962 phones they can login.
CUCM 9.1 and UCCE 9.1

we tried disassociating the phone in the pguser and didnt work. second link doesnt apply as this is UCCE not UCCX

Please ensure that you have configured the PG user with "Phone Supporting Conf and Xfer mode" role.
