I’m stuck...
I inadvertently hit reset service mode and now my phone is stuck at asking for an activation code or service domain. This isn’t an issue of using it remotely and returning to the same location. It’s never changed locations. Service mode shows unknown and should be on-premise... How can I achieve this?

The dhcp pool configured is confusing.
Option 43 is for AP to identify the controller. Is this a single vlan network ?
try to avoid using dns in phone network.

I am still very new to this stuff so to be honest I’m not sure. I do have a wireless lan controller as well as 2 access points. I do have 2 8821’s on the system.
