Dear fourm users.
I have a customer running CUCM Business Edition 7.1.3.32900-4 on a MCS 7828. They reported all sites had gone into SRST and when they tried to log into the server GUI, they received the following message (screenshot attached).
"No valid products found, please select the default"
They re-booted the whole server and everything came back up fine. Has anyone seen or heard of this before? I have searched this forum and bug toolkit and I found nothing that could explain it.

The Tomcat applets crashed, not the whole server. The only way to find out what happened would be to grab the Tomcat logs and look. That's no small task though and way more effort than I'm willing to put in on this. You could likely have recovered from this with a "utils service restart Cisco Tomcat" command on the CLI. If it starts recurring it's worth a call to TAC.

What ever crashed, it knocked out the CUCM server all sites went into SRST. Anyway, if it happens again the client is going to log a TAC case.
