Call Accounting software for CUCM 8

In the past, we've sold and installed SynApps's call accounting software for our UC customers. SynApps discontinued their product, and now we need to find a new solution. What's everyone using out there? I know about two, ISI and imagicle, just wondering if there are any better solutions out there. No need for billing, just call accounting.

We also offer a Call Accounting solution for UCM and UCME systems.

Some of the features you may find useful within our product:

Directory synchronisation - We connect to the system and collect group and extension information in the system so no need to manually set everything up.

Display boards - Self updating, up to the minute Display boards that show leaderboard information, summary panel information, RSS feeds and custom web screens.

Reporting - Various reports looking at summary and detailed information.  These reports can be produced as web, Excel, PDF or CSV either manually or on a schedule.

100% web based - No need to mess around with client installs.  Our systems work on all browsers from IE6 and above.

IVT approved - We have completed IVT for both UCM and UCME.

Hi

do not use billy blues if you want to billing FAC. This software are recomended by cisco , but if you want a  simple report like " FAC versus department " , by default he  cannot do that.

I cannot understand how cisco recommend this software " billy blue ", Cisco need to review the quality assesment on third-party software

Billing blues is the same imagicle.

I'm looking for a accounting that programming a schedule csv file, and accounting the most detailed possible the  huntpilot/huntgroup/huntlist. Can some one tell me which of above billing applications accomplish this?.
