Call forward to a especific extension depending the caller number

Hi to all,

I have a CUCM v.8.5.1 and I need to do a call forward to a especific extension depending the caller number. I know about other systems (such Avaya systems) which can do this. Cisco can do it?? How??

Somebody can pass me any help page about this. I'm trying to do this with the transformations patterns but isn't working and with a CUE script but I don't know how I can do to tell to the CUE what number is calling and to compare it and to forward to the correct extension.

Basically it's angled towards blocking calls, but the only difference for you would be in step 8 where you use translation patterns - you would translate to the extension you want to send to, rather than selecting 'block this pattern'.
