Call Forwarding

Hello,

I have setup a call routing where the call hits RDP number and from there it goes to 3 different remote destinations, which I have configured as Hunt Group. Now when I am setting "Forward Unanswered Calls to Destination" then its not getting forwarded to desired number.

But when I am calling HG then call is getting forwarded using the settings under hunt pilot, its not working when the call is coming through RDP.  I am using same forwarding number for all 3 HG's. So when all 3 regions ring, it should forward the call to forwarded number.

Please let me know how to forward calls in this scenario ?

Thanks in advance!!!

RDP Can only be used to call off-net \ outside the cluster.

Remote Destination

Phones that are available for Mobile Connect answer and pickup and that can leverage Mobile Voice Access and Enterprise Feature Access for two-stage dialing. Remote destinations may include any of the following devices:

Single-mode mobile (cellular) phones

Smartphones

Dual-mode phones

Enterprise IP phones that are not in the same cluster as the desk phone

Home phone numbers in the PSTN.

Thanks for the link, so is there any way we can forward incoming calls from RDP to Hunt Group ?

I want incoming calls from RDP to be forwarded to a number, if its not answered by any line member under hunt group.
