Hi,
We got some complaints that when someone is calling from outside he cannot hear us but we can hear them.
If we call from inside to inside there is no problem.
If we call from inside to outside there is no problem , both party can hear.
We are using couple of PRI lines (all the lines having same problem) with cisco call manager and unity.
Any help will be much appreciated.
No change has been done

Check the Controller if there is any errors. use command show controller E1/T1..
If you find any errors Check if you configured network clock commands
I will also recommend you to open a ticket with your ISP. One way Audio problems are also seen with ISP issues.
Try to ping the phone subnet from the gateway interface.(Use the interface binded for media)
