Dear good morning, I contact you to see if someone in the community could make this device with callManager and can share with me how I do it.

I have a mobile VOIP equipment to take calls to cell phones, but I can't get it to work and I can't find anywhere how to do it.

I have created a Sip Trunk towards that equipment plus Route pattern but it is not possible to make the call operate.

This device is brand PortTech

Model Type:MV-372

and no matter how hard I try to make it work I see it as unregistered:

Service Domain Settings

Status:  Not Registered

Does anyone have a guide or if someone has configured it before please ask me how

Thank you very much

i am not sure if i selected the right models or not. Checking PortTecht documentation  they have only provided  a document for Elastix.  below mentioned is the link which i found from product website.

You can have a look on below configuration  guide for similar product.

not sure if this will help or not.

i have attached Quescom CUCM integration document.

you can compare configuration  and have a try.. or  open a case with PortTech and request a configurations document.

CUCM trunks will not register to an external device; the closest you can get is SIP OPTIONS ping keepalives (enabled through the SIP Profile assigned to the trunk).
I’m unaware of a readily available prescriptive configuration guide for this device with CUCM. You will need to look at the SIP dialog of a call that fails to see what isn’t negotiating correctly - the possibilities are extensive. It could be as simple as UDP vs. TCP transport, the formatting of the Request URI (or any other header), an SDP capability mismatch, or that device may require an active registration to accept calls. It’s very difficult to offer constructive guidance with so little detail.

Thank you very much for your help, with the configuration of the last Link with my function but I have a problem:

Users to call any destination first dial number 9 and then the number to which they want to communicate. Since the route patterns are created in this way for example 9.XXXXXXXXX

In this case, with cell phone calls if I use a RP like the one in the example, the number 9 does not appear

but if I put the cell number directly without the 9, the call is carried out well by the gsm.

How can I make users keep dialing with number 9 before dialing.

Do you understand what I want to do?

Many thanks

Now I can solve it with PreDot
Thank you very much
Regards...

You can use PREDOT for discarding the 9.
